please read the post of thr bag you ordered. it is very clear in the description which is only a few sentence that the zipper is broken. please do not ruin my perfect posh standing. I'm such a generous person and it was clearly your mistake to rush into an order you did not read description of bag.

I want to share my items w those who can benefit from it more than I can. if you had read the description you would have known what you were buying. I do not feel I deserve * rating. the description was 2 sentences & the broken zipper was mentioned in both sentences. I'm not sure what I did wrong here.what can I do for you to change my rating. as u can see it is my only 1 star.
