Jessica Simpson ruffled red dress (L)

This Jessica Simpson red dress with pink ruffles underneath caught my eye on the rack and persuaded me to take it home even though high neck is not the most flattering on me. my hope is it makes all your dress dreams come true! the belt it came with flakes fairly easily so even though it's new with tags and only been tried on, just take a peek at the pics. you can obviously wear it without a belt or substitute one in but I want to make sure you get the full picture. super fun to twirl in. great for dances, weddings, and dates
