Jessica Simpson Navy Lace Cocktail Dress

This 2 layer dress (slip and lace overlay) has beautiful detail, cap sleeves, ruffle hem, and scoop back. Only worn 2-3 times. The tank slip is detached from the dress, but I think that actually makes it easier to get on and off!
