Jessica Simpson Navy Faux wrap dress. Belt with fringe ends. Size 10. New with tags, BUT there is a minor defect. The lining at the back neck line has a pull in it and a few popped stitches at the top seam. Not seen when worn. Can be easily fixed with a few hand stitches. Reasonable offers welcome!
