Jessica Simpson NWT Cold Shoulder Dress

This is the softest dress ever. It's a lightweight knit with shoulder cut-outs. I follow the two 'T's' when choosing clothes: Texture & Tailoring, and this dress as both! It's never been worn and still has tags. I live in the south and it's too warm to wear this dress without sweating. This dress deserves better. I also love the hunter green color. I would pair this with riding boots and scarf for a casual-chic look.
