@hallederrick it has elastic at the waist so it makes an hour glass look, but more loose up top then the pants part. The pants would be a little bit more formfitting I believe. Hope this answers your question!

@jmarkus they are not flare but they are not tailored in or bunched. They sit like jean or regular pants with ankle room.
