Jessica Rich shoes size 38

Never worn I purchased these and they have always been too small. They are shoes that are custome made when purchased and they were not still making this style when I tried to return them. I thought I might be able to have them stretched but the shoe repair told me it would ruin them and now it’s too late to return. They have never been worn outside and sitting in storage collecting dust.
