The dress is 18.5" at the lowest part of the waist before it flairs out and 17 3/4" from the top of the shoulder straps to the lowest part of the waist. Dress measures 41" from the waist before it flairs out to the floor. My daughter was about 6'2" at age 16. She is now 6"6", so you can see that the dress is nice and long. Hope this helps.
