This flouncy little skirt is adorable! In perfect, flawless, brand-new condition! Classic Jessica McClintock romantic vibe with layers of sheer aqua-blue and white floral fabric, ruffles, ribbons and lace detailing... right down to the pretty flower shaped buttons! Elastic at back with ties for lovely bow finish. Fully lined with silky fabric. Not sure if this is a girl's skirt or a very small women's, but it fit my 16 year old daughter. A rare find for someone special! 65% cotton/35% polyester. Approximate measurements, laid flat: Waist: 12.5" flat (24" waist, with elastic at back for a bit more give) Length: 24"
