Black velvet and blue prom/formal dress. All the 80s vibes! Puff sleeves and drop waist bubble style skirt. Great for a prom or other formal event. A few spots on the skirt. One small tear at the seam on shoulder. Another larger tear on inside lining of skirt but this is not visible when worn. Size labeled as 14 but seems to be equivalent to a modern day S or 2.
