This blouse features a scarf which can be tied into a bow. There are tonal buttons on the front and wrists. Note: There are two tiny flaws which are pointed out, but they aren't distracting. One is on the back of the scarf, which has a tiny spot. The iron wasn't low enough, probably a scorch mark. The other is a wrinkle from the iron. I guess the iron was a little too hot, and the fabric near the left sleeve area wasn't flat when I ironed it. A spare button is included. This blouse pairs well with black, white, or navy blue separates.
