Jessica Howard navy blue polka dot jersey dress

Size 14 Jessica Howard navy blue polka dot dress with cream colored polka dots; in some lights the dress appears to have a very deep purple color. The dress is extremely flattering with gathering at the waist, and flaring out at the skirt. There's a knot detail at the top of the dress, near the right shoulder. This dress is the same cut as the Jade Jessica Howard dress also listed in my closet. The dress has cap sleeves and comes to the knee.
