Jessica Howard dress (sizing info in description)

My items are in excellent, gently used condition unless otherwise noted as new. What I love about this dress, aside from the fact that it’s absolutely the cutest dress ever, it has pockets! Size tag has been cut out. Measurements for this dress are as follows: * Armpit to armpit across the chest is about 16 1/2” * Length from the top of the shoulder down is about 34”
