Retro inspired black and white poka dot dress. Zips down the side - from about the armpit area to hip area. The hand tied belt is completely removable. Has strip loops to hold in place. Has pleating in the chest where there is an overlay. Pleating near the hip area as well.top half is lined, and the bottom is not. Armpit to armpit - 18.5" Length - 43" Waist - 16"
