dmaccloset @tcrocker529 Hi, yes the shoulder pads can be removed by cutting the sewn thread that holds them in. I added two pictures at the bottom so you can see the shoulder pad itself and just the Blazer only on as it currently is (with shoulder pads still IN). If you take the shoulder pads out and wanted to put them back in you would have to tack them again with a little thread. Please let me know if you have any more questions. Thank you for asking.
