Jessica Howard Tri-Color Belted Dress

Lovely Jessica Howard Dress with a tie-belt. Can be dresse up or down; great for work and social events. The fabric is light, soft, and flowy - it's like satin/rayon/nylon (sorry, I don't know what to call it). The thread belt loop on the left side is broken, but you can cut it off altogether. I left it on for full disclosure.
