Jessica Howard Sleeveless Layered Lace Dress Women’s size 4 Petite

This Jessica Howard Dress is really cute. It is knee length - I’m 5’6” and it hit me right at the knee. It has 2 primary layers - the satiny under layer is taupe or tan and kinda shiny. The top layer is a midnight blue or black (I never could tell) lace with a velvety texture. In the skirt area there is a third under layer with a peplum to make the bottom blossom out like a flower. It came with a belt - I am including the belt. The belt is black pleather? with a black satiny fabric sewn on it. The dress looks cute with or without the belt and without the belt those thin loops on the side are barely noticeable. There’s plenty of room in the arm holes and chest area. I’m very thin (A-Cup) but the chest area didn’t look baggy and it was comfortable to wear. My friend tried it on and it looked great on her too (C-Cup). This dress was worn once and dry cleaned once. It has been in a protective bag since then in a pet free smoke free home.
