Jessica Howard Navy/White Floral Dress | size unsure, but has to be 12 or 14 The dry cleaner put a permanent tag on the label (shown in photo) and covered the size. I recorded the size on Poshmark as 14 but will lower the price for anyone who would like this dress since the tag/size could be either 12 or 14. This dress is flowy and beautiful. Gathered waist and liner sewn in (top portion, see photo, isn’t lined). Worn once.
