Jessica Howard Evening Dress

This dress falls below the knee, plain black in back but a beautiful cream colored sash down the front. A broach detail on the empire waist is super flattering. There are 2 spots on the sash, minimal visibility, see photos. Material is 5% spandex for a comfortable fit as you move.
