debtread1 @jackies_place Hi Jackie, my measurements: Bust: 39”, Waist: 30”, Hips: 39” this size 8 dress fits snug, like a glove. The top is stretch material, skirt & waist is not, bottom is flared. Measurement from top of shoulder to bottom hem is 40”. Waist band starts at 14” mark to 16” mark, then skirt flares down to 40” mark. You can Google Jesica Howard dress measurements size 8 that are smaller, but you really cannot go by that, I wore it.
