Jessica Howard Cocktail Dress

Beautiful Jessica Howard cocktail or special event dress in dark grey with sequined top. This dress has a wide sash and can be tied in a number of different ways to change the look of the dress. It also has side pockets! The dress is an empire waist style with a large pleats on the skirt. It is fully lined and has a crinoline lining in the skirt to give it a moderate "poof." The top is a boat neck with 3/4 length sleeves. The length falls below the knee but not quite tea length.
