Jessica Howard Black dress. Size 12

Beautiful black, lightweight brocade material. Nylon lining with attached netting at the bottom. Length is approx. 37 inch from the top edge to the bottom of the netting. Fits true to size. Has adjustable spaghetti straps. The dress has small loops for a belt but did not come with one when I bought it. They are easy to remove or add your own splash of color.
