Bodice is a stretchy, see through fabric that sparkles. Fabric only stretches sideways. 3/4 length sleeves of the same material. Feathery trim is not sewn to the shoulders of the top - perhaps to wear as a "cold shoulder" sleeve? About 2 1/4" wide waistband with belt loops for matching fabric belt. Measurements lying flat are chest, about 17" Waist about 13 1/2" Waist to bottom of hem, about 40" Inseam is about 28" In Excellent condition with no sign of wear!
