It has a square neckline and is sleeveless. It has pink ribbon on the straps,sashes and pleated waist band. The waist band has a large pink ribbon flower applique. The skirt is pleated with a rolled hem. It zippers down the back. The length is below the knee and is lined. It has an "a' line style. Lovely quality!
