Jessica Ann: Navy & White Striped Floral Dress

Super cute and fresh navy and white striped dress with tie at the back. This would make the perfect dress for a little girl attending a summer wedding. There is a pin sized blue dot on the front of the dress that is not easily noticeable (see last photo).
