alleyort @littlecat2100 The bottom was hemmed (I am 5'8'' and wearing 2-inch heels so there is room for alterations). Also, the side fabric has a small stitch so that it wasn't exposing, but that can be easily removed if wanted.

littlecat2100 @alleyort thank you. We are looking at some Jessica Angel dresses this weekend to get an idea how the manufacturer runs and what size she would be. I heard that they tend to stretch a lot. She normally wears a 0, 2 or 4 in clothes

parisienne43 @alleyort I love this style but same as you, didn’t like how exposing it was up the side. Could you say more about the stitch you put in? How far up does the skit go now, and does the dress still move well when you sit down? Thanks!

alleyort @parisienne43 hi there! It’s just one small stitch so it doesn’t affect the flow of the dress! Just helps so that the front and back isn’t too revealing. I’m adding another photo now so you can see how it looks sitting down.
