Jersey leggings with an elasticized waistband

Ordered these online and got them too late for planned outfit. Did not even take them out of the package. They are size 7Y from H&M and they look like leather leggings. Perfect leggings for a little girl or boy. Obviously brand new and never worn with tags on them
