Jerell of Texas summer keyhole floral dress (modern Small) Vintage

This is an original Jerell of Texas vintage dress. It's a nylon poly blend and can go in washer. Meant to be loose fit top, straight skirt with gathered waist. Gathered scoop neck with red piping. Very lightweight / semi sheer and has a couple pulls in the fabric that do not affect wear or overall look but it has no tears or stains. This IS priced with the few flaws as these dresses usually go for around 50.00 but it's so darn cute and flattering! A slip or flesh-tone undergarments would be the way to go here. Shoulder to Waist: Waist to hem: Shoulder to Shoulder: Waist (elastic - so when fully extended): This would be a modern Small / Size 0-6 would fit since the waist is elastic (and would be very snug on anyone larger than a C cup). Pair it with wedge sandals for a breezy 70's summer feel, but it could also read more 40's Rockabilly Retro with round toe heels and a strong red lip.
