Jen’s Pirate Booty Top/Dress

Short dress or long top. Not going to lie…this accidentally went into the wrong wash. It’s a bit faded and some of the fabric is a little bit pilly. But I don’t want to just toss it or throw it into a donation where it could get torn. It’s so cute and if it still fit me I’d wear it. It’s quite roomy for a small/wide across the shoulders, drapes off prettily.
