@lcarpenter_00 hello. The skirt’s waist is 12 inches however it stretches to accommodate my waist which is 29 inches. Lots of stretch. It can be worn higher or lower on the waist depending on what’s most flattering. For reference I wear size 4 or 6 and it fit well. The top is 14 inches unstretched but accommodated my bust which is 34b/c. Again lots of stretch. It’s a beautiful set that I got compliments on. For reference I am 5’9, 135 pounds. Hope that helps!
