I rarely describe something as NWOT unless it was mine, but the belt buckle on this dress still has the protective covering over the shiny metal. It belongs to a friend who attested that she never wore it. Rounded neck, a ruched waistline on the left which is secured with a faux leather wide belt with buckle. Dress is flowy with feminine lines. Bust: (pit to pit, flat) 18" Length: (shoulder to hem) 37" 95% Polyester 5% Spandex Hand wash inside out.
