Jenna & Jessie heart zippered jacket, 2T

Light weight jacket that has velvet like feel. The sleeves look a bit worn but I think it's more the style of fabric as it's consistent throughout. Charcoal gray/black body and peach/pink sleeves. I'm not sure what to call this item. Looks like a jacket but it's light weight and would be more of a light sweatshirt type layer.
