Brand new w/ tags! BEAUTIFUL spring/summer dress with layer upon layer of gorgeous fabrics. There are even little bunnies on the pink ruffle (Please see picture)! I bought this dress with the intent that my daughter would wear it for Easter, but she didn't like it because it had "too many ruffles" and I missed the return window!
