Jeffrey & Dara Vintage Dress and Sweater Set

This classic dress and sweater/jacket set from Jeffrey & Dara is perfect for the office, Sunday church or a night on the town. The sleeveless dress has an ivory top with softly elastic waist (self belt) over a knife pleated bottom in a paisley print in shades of navy, tan and burgundy .The matching navy sweater nips in at the waist, princess seams front and back give it a tailored shape with a wide Peter Pan collar trimmed in the paisley print fabric. A gold frog closure in front completes the picture. The size and care labels have all faded out but the belt is a size 8 so I'm sure that's what the other pieces are since I bought them new all together. Bust 40", waist 33", length 48" hits me mid-calf. The dress fabric feels like rayon challis, very soft and fluid with a nice drape. I machine washed it and hung it up to dry and it looks fine. When photographing it, I noticed some of the navy color from the sweater had rubbed off onto the front of the ivory top in a few places, please see the last pic. It's very faint but I wanted you to be aware of this before purchasing. It's possible that a squirt of OxyClean will take this out on the next washing. Other than that, it's in excellent condition.
