Jeffrey Campbell/Free People black platform shoes

Jeffrey Campbell/Free People black patent and hair platform shoes. I have a size 7 1/2 foot, these were sold to me as a 7 1/2. They are more like a 7 I would say with a regular width foot. These shoes are very sharp looking! But they do have some scuffs, please see pictures.
