Jeffrey Campbell fleece lined boots wood heel size 9

I purchased these back in 2017 from postmark but they were too tight and havebeen sitting in my closet since then! I debating gifting them because they are so cool. I am a size 9 but since they are fleece lined they feel more like and 8.5, so I could never comfortably wear them. pretty much brand new!
