Jeffrey Campbell - Play - black rubber rain snow ankle booties boots EUC size 8

Best looking, chic, rain/ snow boots ever! EUC - only worn a few times. The size on the boots is a 10 (no way)! I'm an 8.5 & they fit me - with no extra room. These would fit 7.5 - 8.5 (max). You can't tell these are rubber rain boots, they just look like cute ankle boots!
