luckysale7 @suemiller measurements in centimeters provide the most accurate result not inches, the metric system is accurate to a millimeter, imperial system is broken into 1/16 as opposed to 1/100.

luckysale7 @suemiller I apologize for not getting back to you. I was unable to measure with measuring tape the length. I couldn't get my hand inside the boot, and measuring outside sole would not be accurate because of heel. I recommend trying a similar pair in a store, I have found they run true to size. For reference I wear an IT39 and a EU39 and these fit perfectly.

luckysale7 @suemiller Do u mean a 39? A 49 would be a men's size. I wear a US 8.5 and in IT/EU I wear a 39 with exception of some brands that offer half sizes I would wear IT/EU 38.5. My foot is 24.5 cm long. Maybe try measuring your foot in length? I can measure the widest point for you. Let me know.
