Jeffrey Campbell Boots Size 10

Jeffrey Campbell Boots from early 2000s. Warm beige color. I think it’s leather but doesn’t say on sole. (Smells like leather though) Made in Spain. Used condition. Size 10 however they are tight on me and would fit better on a 9! 14 inch calf circumference. Slightly Less than 1” Heel
