HOW TO USE Apply to top lashes first from the base to tip, then the bottom lashes, building to desired dramatic-voluminous look. Finish application on one eye before moving on to the next. Only buildable while the mascara is still wet on your lashes. Once the formula is dry, it is no longer buildable. Dries down like a traditional "waterproof" mascara. The formula will dry and settle to last all day/ night long. Remove with warm water. Gently massage lashes between fingers to work warm water through formula.
