hellomsjessica @cherice_moss Hi! The two that I have right now are completely sealed. I have not unwrapped the packaging they came in to see the boxes for the lipstick and highlighter so that they are still truly mystery boxes.

hellomsjessica @mindymumaw Hi, I don’t want to open it before I sell it because it is a mystery box, but if you wanted me to open it and remove something you don’t want after you’ve purchased it I would. If you want it I can make a special listing for you that doesn’t include the sweatshirt.

hellomsjessica @eden_rachelle yes, I shipped it. USPS has still not scanned it, but I don’t know why. I went back to USPS yesterday to ask why it has not started to track still and they said sometimes it won’t start tracking until it gets to the hub of the city where it is going. I notified Poshmark that it still hasn’t started tracking. They have emailed recently saying some delays are happening because of covid-19 so they updated their shipping policies because of it.

hellomsjessica @eden_rachelle Yes, that was my last set. The last one was just delivered and the girl gave 5-stars so I think is a shipping issue with USPS because this happened with one previously. I wonder if Posh could start doing special fragile labels for makeup with them or something. I’m going to start putting fragile labels on now myself I think. I’ll respond to the case. I think USPS has insurance on it through Poshmark so you could potentially open a case with them directly.

hellomsjessica @eden_rachelle Hi there. You filed a return for a damaged in transit item. It would be much better to file a damaged package claim with Usps and Poshmark. That way, you can get refunded for the cracked palette and keep the other items. The set as a whole was a complete mystery box, I don’t believe I would be able to relist a partial box and cover the leftover costs. Please let me know if you would like help on how to file a Usps damaged package claim. It’s very simple and can be done online.
