Jeanstar velvet like pants. It has a frayed bit on one of the legs it will need to be mended if you put your hand on the inside and push it you can see your finger. It is frayed on both sides. There is a picture and a video it came like that and I did not notice until I went to wear them. Never worn just tried on.
