rare vintage waistline blouse,waist is smaller but it's cut for a 38 imo. the mannequin is a 32 so the fit is off on it. better for someone with a longer torso. photo to show proper fit at the waist. I have a matching skirt but don't really want to part with it but please feel free to message if interested. I found it to coordinate well with beige/light tan and black, I did not personally wear it and it is euc. appears unworn. cat home
