Could I get a waist measurement? Would you say these are more to the side of fitted, or more relaxed fit?

@kyraallemand laying flat from one side to the other the waist is 13” it has a lot of stretch to material. I am really not sure what the intended fit is. It was loose fitting on my daughter, but was a little too big for her.
