Jean high waisted vintage skirt weathered blues

Weathered Blues high waisted skirt with cute detail on the butt with a small slit. Perfect for that country concert. The skirt says 9/10, but the measurements measure closer to a size 2. There is very little stretch. Please see photos for exact measurements.
