Across the middle, it is 20 1/2”. The shirt is only minimally tapered. From the back, it is 27” long from the end of the collar, down to the bottom hem. It is 25” long when measured from the front. The shirt tail is (intentionally) longer in the back. It is 16” from shoulder to shoulder. The sleeves are 25” from the edge of the shoulders to the end of cuffs.
