Jean Jacket W/ Green Leather (READ DESCRIPTION)

Vintage varsity jacket. Jean jacket material that has green leather sleeves. It says M(8). I think it’s universal but for reference I’m a Large in women’s and this fits a bit snug. I believe it’s a women’s medium since I did find it in such section but I feel that this fits a S/M
