Worn once for a couple of hours. Cinched waist...ties at the neck. I wore it untied. Very nice flow. You can wear up on your shoulders if you prefer. I'm 5'2, so the dress was pretty long on me but I love long dresses. The colors are bright and beautiful. No flaws. It's one of the lines sold at forever21. You will love it as much or more than I did! 😍
