Jealous Tomato Empire Waist Dress

Beautiful full-length dress which could be worn off the shoulder, collar is elastic. Long sheer sleeves which are cinched at wrist Middle has an elastic empire waist line. Black dress has flower design with gold shimmer threading throughout. Front has two slits with a middle panel in between Front of bottom hem does have some minor pulling as seen in last photo.
