J.crew cream dress with red raised polka dots.

This is a really cute dress to accessorize with a red belt and heels. Looks very retro! I bought this off Poshmark, thinking it was a medium, but the size was missing. It is in excellent used condition. I have included the measurements in the photo. I believe it is a small. I have since bought a medium, and this one is definitely smaller.
